We support young aspiring leaders & improve business environment for youth-led ventures in Africa through access to finance, entrepreneurship training and technical support.
Applicants are invited to submit Concepts at the initial stage of application. Our management then contacts shortlisted applicants to submit full proposals.
Applicants normally get twelve days to submit their proposals which must include;
An accurate financial breakdown of costs involved (invoices can be attached to substantiate costing)
A time-frame for implementing the project/business
The individuals involved in project/business implementation including their academic profiles.
Project/business background and clear outcomes
Alternative sources of income.
Our funding strategy is unique and includes inviting youth groups and young leaders from specific African countries to participate in our grant making processes every year. Once the proposals are reviewed, we refer qualified groups and leaders to one of our partner organizations in Africa to immediately offer entrepreneurship and leadership training. A Certificate of Participation is then issued to them. They are then expected to send scanned copies of the certificates to us in order to claim their funding.
Invitations are normally made through our official Facebook Page, Stronger Impact Fund or our official email addresses.
We are committed to supporting a wide array of efforts across the African continent to improve lives and to promote equity and fairness. We magnify the consequence of these commitments through intense focus and a firm set of priorities.
Stronger Impact Fund awards grants to young leaders & groups at a minimum of USD 1,000 to a maximum of USD 86,500.
We refer qualified youth groups and young leaders to a specific partner organization that must immediately offer them entrepreneurship & leadership training before grants are released. They are then issued a Certificate of Participation. This Certificate once issued, must be scanned and sent to us in order for us to release the funds to them.
The application process is highly competitive. We receive many quality applications each year from ‘invited’ groups and young leaders but we can only fund a small number. While each application is dully assessed, we are not able to fund all applicants. Only projects/businesses approved for funding are contacted.
